Refund and Return Policy
All warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase and are in effect for the duration of one year. If a canvas fails, breaks, loosens or tears over time due a defect during the applicable warranty period, PRINTS EXPRESS will provide a new canvas of the same design, size and options, at no charge. Alternatively, PRINTS EXPRESS will allow a credit in the amount of the original sales price to be applied to the retail purchase price of a new PRINTS EXPRESS product. Except as otherwise stated herein, those are PRINTS EXPRESS’S exclusive obligations under this warranty for a product failure, and those obligations do not extend to damaged products caused by customer mishandling.
Customers must notify PRINTS EXPRESS by emailing support@printsexpress.com of any defect or complaint with the product, stating the nature of defect or complaint, providing photos of the defective product, and making a specific request for replacement of the product under warranty.
For orders within the United States, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.
To begin your refund process, please contact support@printsexpress.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
All international orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our PRINTS EXPRESS Care Team, and we’ll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
